Common issues & solutions
Overlay not appearing
- Open device Settings → Apps → Salva → Display over other apps → Enable.
- Restart Salva.
- If on a Xiaomi/Samsung/Huawei device, also check the 'Autostart' or 'Battery optimization' settings.
Can't unlock the screen
- Try your configured unlock method (tap pattern, PIN, or biometric).
- If using shake-to-unlock, shake the device firmly.
- As a last resort, restart your phone — the overlay is removed on reboot.
Subscription not recognized
- Ensure you're signed into the same Google account used for purchase.
- Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions and verify Salva is active.
- Force-close Salva and reopen — the license check may need a refresh.
App crashes on launch
- Check you're running Android 8.0 or higher.
- Clear Salva's app cache: Settings → Apps → Salva → Storage → Clear cache.
- Uninstall and reinstall from Google Play.
